Our History
Established in 1996 by the Hayes family, Forever Metal Roof Company was founded on the principles of quality, craftsmanship and community. Throughout the past three decades, Forever Metal has been an industry leader providing technologically-advanced, high-performing metal roof systems to home and business owners in the New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts tri-state region. In 2018 Patrick Haves Sr. and his sons decided to sell the business and try their hands at new and different pursuits. Patrick Sr. knew it would take a special person to lead the company into the future; ensuring a commitment to customer service while fostering business growth - he didn't have far to look ultimately identifying Lisa Poole as his successor. Lisa brings over 15 years of experience in the roofing and building industry to her role. Lisa came to FMRC from Applicators Sales, where she was a Branch Manager of the wholesale building supply company which was the supplier of the metal roofing to FMRC. New ownership and new leadership are poised and prepared to move FMRC into the future by providing permanent solutions to protecting homes and businesses with unwavering dedication to the complete customer experience.
Meet Our Team
Forever Metal Roof Company's crews are our claim to fame. The crews have all been with us for over 5 years and work hard to provide the best quality metal roofing installation in the region. We have some father and son teams, which are hard to find in today's trades, as well as a combined over 100 years of experience between all of them. Without them, the company wouldn't be where it is today.
Lisa Poole is FMRC's CEO. Lisa brings over 15 years of experience in the roofing and building industry to her role. Lisa came to FMRC from Applicators Sales, where she was a Branch Manager of the wholesale building supply company.
Chris Alger is the Sales Manager for FMRC. Chris brings with him many years of experience in the building and construction trades industry: earlier in his career as an installer and for the last 14 years as a wholesale distribution and account manager. When Chris isn't on the clock you can find him tending to home projects, casting a fishing line, or enjoying adventures with his family.
Steve Lospennato is a Sales Associate and joined the FMRC team in 2017. Steve brings over 30 years' experience in consultative sales and customer relations to our team. After hours Steve spends his free time traveling with his wife and spending time with his family.
Caitlin Murphy is a Customer Relations Associate at FMRC. She has worked with a variety of small businesses and nonprofit organizations in New Hampshire, and is happy to bring her customer service and marketing background to Forever Metal Roof Company. Caitlin serves on the boards of the NH Coalition Against Homelessness and Pride Concord, and in her spare time plays roller derby with NH Roller Derby.
